Stereotypes

Maybe some of you doesn't know about what stereotypes is and what it says. Stereotypes is fixed, over generalized belief about particular group or people, thats what Cardwell said about Stereotypes in 1966. For examples, a "hells angel" bikers dresses in leather. One advantage of a stereotype is that it enabled us to respond rapidly to situations because we've already had the similar situations before. and the disadvantage of stereotypes is that you ignore differences between individuals. Some of stereotypes probably tend to convey a negative impression.
